We can offer your apartments in the wonderful city of Vienna. Experience architecture both old and new, and enjoy the flair of a capital city right in the heart of Europe. Whether you are planning to explore Vienna’s sightseeing attractions, or simply want to spend a day enjoying some shopping in Kärntnerstraße, our apartments are the perfect starting point for your fun-filled tour. Public transport is just a few minutes away by foot. In the local area you will also find numerous bars and restaurants – so you can enjoy modern and traditional Austrian cuisine just around the corner. We are looking forward to your arrival!

Payment is required in advance. With private customers we prefer credit card payments, but we can accept cash, of course. With business customers we require payment on account. For longer stays (e.g. several months), a monthly advance payment can be agreed individually.

Yes, to make a firm booking for an apartment, you will need a credit card, which must be valid beyond your arrival date.

No, our listed apartment prices always refer to the complete apartment. A supplement will only be charged if you require the pull-out couch or an additional bed.

All apartments are exclusively furnished with high-quality furniture and materials. The kitchen is also top quality, and is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, cooking utensils, microwave and toaster.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. 
Smoking is however permitted outside within a designated zone. Please ensure that cigarette butts are carefully disposed of.

Yes, in Austria we are very fortunate to have pristine quality ground water. And it is just as clean and pure when it is piped to the end consumer and into our apartments.

The building is located right in the centre of the 3rd District, in a very good residential area in the heart of Vienna. The local infrastructure and public transport connections are excellent: 

  • The U3 “Kardinal-Nagl-Platz” U-Bahn station is about 5 minutes away on foot.
  • The 74A and 77A bus lines are about 2 minutes away on foot. 
  • You’ll need about 8 minutes to get to the city centre (Stephansplatz)
  • Vienna Airport (Schwechat): you’ll need about 25 minutes to get there by car, or about 45 minutes with public transport

Yes, we have a reception desk, because we think it is very important to maintain personal contact with our guests. It is open from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday.

We operate a Self Check-In. Following your booking, you will receive a email from us, containing the check-in information. You will be given a code to enter the building, and access to a key safe containing the key cards for your apartment. Please ensure you have these documents ready to hand on your arrival.

At Check-out simply place the key cards in the designated check-out box in the entrance hall. You will be given the necessary information upon your arrival.

No, unfortunately we do not provide private parking spaces.

Public parking spaces:
In the majority of districts in Vienna, there are short-term parking zones available from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Parking tickets are available from “Tabak-Trafik” (tobacconists) outlets. However, parking tickets can only ever be displayed in the car for up to two hours. Parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays!

Parking in the Galeria shopping centre:
We advise our guests to park in the multi-storey Galeria car-park. 
Address: Landstraße Hauptstraße 99, approx. 300 m distant. It costs € 15.00 to park for 24 hours.
Warning: The parking garage is closed on Sundays and public holidays!

Park & Ride U3 Erdberg:
There is a Park&Ride facility located just two U-Bahn stations away, at the U3 "Erdberg” station. You can park there 24 hours a day. The exact address is: 1030 Vienna, Franzosengraben 2. There is a list of parking charges for this facility:  Day ticket (24 hours) €3.40 / Weekly ticket (7 days) €17.10 / Monthly ticket (31 days) €63.60.

If you have any questions, you can of course go to our reception at any time. If the reception desk is not staffed, or you need information quickly, you can call us any time between 08:00 am and 6:00 pm.

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer breakfast. However, every one of our apartments comes with its own kitchen, so you can freshly prepare breakfast with your favourite foods. Or why not visit one of the nearby cafés or patisseries, and enjoy breakfast served with Viennese charm.

Washing machine and dryers are located centrally, available for you to use at any time. This service is included in the apartment price. Washing tablets can be purchased in the supermarket. Every apartment contains an iron and ironing board.

Yes, you can store your baggage in a lockable box if you arrive early, or for the time after your Check-out! Please tell us if you need this service, so that we can have a key ready for you. No liability is accepted, however.

This depends on whether you have booked directly with us, or via an online booking platform. If a booking was made via an online booking platform, the change must also be made there. In the case of bookings made directly with Aldano Apartments, please contact us by phone or by email.

Unless otherwise agreed in your booking, cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to your date of arrival, free of charge. Cancellations made after that time, or no-shows, will be charged at the full amount.
